'STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS' ANNOUNCEMENT & JAPANESE TRAILER TEASER

We have the official announcement teaser for 'Star Trek Into Darkness' that is in theaters May 17, 2013. The jury is out on who is the villain that Benedict Cumberbatch is playing, but this is definitely going to be a must-see for 2013. New trailer coming to theaters next year with 'The Hobbit' as well as the nine minute opening for 'The Hobbit IMAX 3D' showings. UPDATE! HERE IS THE JAPANESE TRAILER WITH THE EXTRA FOOTAGE. The additional 15 seconds in this trailer has a shot that is reminiscent to 'Star Trek: Wrath of Khan' in which Kirk and Spock place their hands against the glass and it was Spock who sacrificed himself and died to save the crew on the USS Enterprise. Could we see something similar to that in this film? The jury is out.
